According to ayurveda honey and lemon has it’s or curative properties. A combination this two together has many possibilities. When Honey and lemon get combined it has an ability to dissolve the fat cells. This will improve the overall health and lose weight.

Preparation : Squeeze the juice out of half lemon to a glass of plain water with room temperature. Then add one teaspoonful of honey and stir well. This is a delicious tonic drink. Consume in empty stomach in the early morning.
